"Clean, comfortable and quiet. Fresh ground coffee 24/7 w available creamers. A nice breakfast bar, basic eggs, potatoes, meat, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit. Breakfast bar is kept stocked as guests deplete the serving trays. Foods are refilled and fresh. Hotel is so clean! There’s a really cool gym across the street that is available to guests too. You have to sign out a key. I will stay here again on my next trip to Boston."

"Great location outside the city with parking available. Only complaint is there are only roughly 50 parking spots, so it’s possible you may not get one. Is underground and very tight so if you have a small car, you’ll be better off. Staff was outstanding, breakfast was too… Property is very clean and room was nice. Would definitely stay again!"

"We booked this hotel as it was recommended to us from our friends who were getting married in town. We had a little trouble checking in because of something from Expedia side. But the front desk could not have been more helpful.
The room was cleaned beautifully, we requested it be done every other day and each time it felt like we were stepping into it for the first time.
Every single member of staff we interacted with were so friendly.

"Staying at Citizen M is a lot like shopping at Aldi. There's some insider knowledge needed. The hotel is fairly high tech. The check in is mostly self service. You even make your own key card. You must use your key card to operate the elevator, which is great for security, but frustrating for first time travelers who aren't in on the secret. In your room, you use an ipad to operate your TV, lights, climate, and blinds. The room is small, but the lobby is huge and really nice — the kind of place...

"We had a great stay at the Hilton Logan Airport Hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, especially the bed which made for a great night’s sleep. "I was here for a total of one hour. This is not a hotel, it's a motel with a major highway right next to it. The room smelled bad, my TV didn't work, and the sheets didn't fit the bed. The bed was also really low to the ground as it consisted of a wood platform with one mattress on it. I was on the first floor and people above me were walking around so much and that's all I could hear. I will never stay here. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!"
