"This is one of the nicest and cleanest lodging facilities I have ever stayed in. It must not be that old, because it was spotless. Everything was first class about the rooms, breakfast, staff being friendly, etc. It was almost perfect.....except for one item!!! The pillows were terrible. They had zero support to them. Perhaps they have done studies that people want extrmely soft pillows, because these were almost too soft to call a pillow. It's like they had nothing in them. If you need...

"The room was clean and nice. However in the breakfast area - the carpet was already quite stained and this is a newer hotel. Kind of gross. The front desk person was rude I felt. I went to check out and I was getting late for an appointment. The person was on the phone was laser focused on the call and did not ever look at me. "Rooms clean, staff was wonderful and Breakfast was good. They don't have a pool. Since we were only staying 1 night that was no problem. They did off passes to go to the recreation center not far from hotel."

"Rooms were GREAT, the staff was GREAT, breakfast was GREAT. Pool was under renovation so can not speak to that. ONLY negative thing I have to say is the TV guide - impossible to use, they offer lots of channels but good luck on actually finding something to watch via the guide - ended up endlessly scrolling channel by channel to see what was on."

"Nice central location, easy to get to all locations and points. Staff responsive, professional and helpful. Room was a little dated and showed wear. Broken desk chair and cap off light switch (that almost caused a cut on finger when fumbling for lights in the dark) were first things noticed upon entry. "From the entry to exit, everything was perfect! We loved it! The front desk, breakfast and housekeeping staff were friendly and welcoming, our room was perfect! The pool and hit tub was inviting and well maintained! Loved the outdoor seating areas too! Price was reasonable and we loved our girls trip! Breakfast was yummy! I'd stay there again for sure! "We were pretty disappointed with our stay in Canton. The hotel was under renovation, which I get is important but there was no place out front to park to check in. Our room had gum stuck to the carpet and the TV did not work."

"Though the staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms were not clean. The first room I was given had a distinct smell. I was given another room which the bathroom was not clean ( dirty towels and soap still out). I was finally upgraded and given a somewhat clean room (something was on chairs and I wiped chairs down) and tub did not work. Very disappointed."
