"Room was not cleaned during our three night stay despite tipping a houskeeper and asking a desk attendant to take care of it. Lower garage is leaky, dreary, difficult to navigate around concrete columns and scary at night."

"Staff was friendly, quick and efficient. Areas were clean, new and bright. However, not sure we would choose this location again as it is right next to the freeway - the thunder of traffic is significant. The room we had was musty and the shower head hose leaked as much as the shower head. Might have been an ADA room but toilet didn't have a grab bar...? "Not as good as most La Quinta properties I have been to. Reserved King Room weeks before but had none when checking in. Lot of hair in bathroom(not mine). It works in a pinch. "

"Staff at check in were friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was barely warm and bland. Pool was drained with no communication of pool not being available prior to arrival. Hotel should have been prepared for large crowd since it was one of the required hotels for a stay to play athletic event."
