"A wonderful hotel close to the airport and interstate and within 2 miles of many restaurants. Exceptionally clean, nice pool, hot tub and fitness room. Bed was very comfortable and would have like to take the pillows home with me. Staff was very nice and check in was easy. Really nice breakfast. Coffee is fresh ground for each cup. A nice bonus. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel."

"Nice breakfast buffet. Room was ok, bathroom was dirty, air conditioner was horribly loud, rattled all night. However, Expedia charged me more ($123.30) than the hotel charged (112.04). Expedia would not refund the difference, saying they charged me the lowest rate for the booking, NOT TRUE! My final bill at the hotel was $112.04. Expedia refused to return the difference. I will never use their service again and tell everyone about this incident."

"Hotel staff was very good. The Indian owned hotels like to cut on various costs and it is for few a dollars, they will ruin the reputation of a franchise. Just a simple example, in breakfast they had kids cereals, nothing like raisin barn or granola, it cost about two dollars extra for a box of cereals because hotel was empty. In fruits just apples. For milk I had to ask to fill the container. Just little things like this where there may be a difference of about 10-15 dollars but this is an...

"I accidentally booked two different Wyndham hotels for the same night, Cedar Rapids IA and Quincy IL. The management at the Cedar Rapids hotel refused to give me a refund. So I needlessly spent twice as much for one of my nights on my trip. The stay in Quincy was pretty good, but the management in Cedar Rapids is abysmal. I will no longer stay at Wyndham Hotels if they are unwilling to remedy an acknowledged customer error."
