"Great place to stay and a very comfortable bed."

"Our room was super clean and the beds were like sleeping on clouds. We loved the provided robes and found the on-site restaurant to have excellent food. Gift shop was extensive and well priced. We absolutely loved the healing waters, but that part of the facility is really showing its age. We understand the difficulties in maintaining a pool area with such salty water must be a nightmare, but a major upgrade will be needed very soon to keep the class of this beautiful and unique facility."

Expedia.ca apparently contacted Comfort Inn who indicated the reservation costs would be reimbursed....6 days post reservation we were informed by Expedia.ca that Comfort Inn had not authorized a refund .....the hotel does not answer calls and management seems to be non-existent Our bookings through 2 other hotels (not Comfort Inn) with Expedia.ca were immediately dealt with...one refund and one...
