"Morning after arrival, elevator by our room was out of order (I have mobility issues, usually request room by elevator) was not repaired when we left 4 days later. Breakfast was so so, items that should be on the hot side were luke warm. on 3rd day coffee maker was out of order, also not repaired when we left 2 days later. Was waiting in the lobby for a friend, asked where the restroom was, was told "out of order" . We could not change the channel on the TV, couldn't get a new remote, either. ...
