"Property was clean and seemed safe. Rooms were in excellent condition and clean. Hallways were quiet, clean with no loitering. Excellent property"

"Room was in poor condition when we arrived."

"Clean fresh rooms comfortable bedding. Breakfast available but did use. Pleasant helpful staff"

"The staff was pretty good but the property was not well kept. The buffett is great and delicious, but counters and some of food areas aren't kept clean (i.e. waffle station)"

"Everything was great, 10 out of 10!"

"The main lady was VERY RUDE when I was going to check in. She told me check in isn't until 4pm. So when I came back she was gone. The other lady was really nice but her son was at work with her. She put us on the 5th floor and we walked all the way down the hall on the 1st floor because the main elevator was broke down. We get to the 5th floor and the elevator opened and whew we were hit with the smell of a marijuana grow house and we had to walk all the way to the other end to get to our room....

"The first room shower dirty second room tv didn’t work the third room was a charm and the location was good"

"The room was clean, but the sofa bed looked dirty. The light in the bathroom had a motion sensor that kept turning the light off when we were in the shower. Everything was really comfy though! The staff were wonderful. A great experience overall."

"We came to Memphis for our grandson's band competition. This hotel was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. Our unit was clean, a bit outdated but still nice and kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom was clean, tub needs to be recalked. The pool and hot tub were closed for the season. We were greeted daily by friendly staff and enjoyed the breakfasts the hotel provided. We would stay again."

"The cookies! Staff was very nice and polite! For the price we should have had a microwave in the room"

"Clean rooms, the staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to friends and family."

"Great shopping area"

"This property is in terrible need of a makeover. The carpet in my room was worn with stains. The underbed was falling to the floor. The coach was badlt torn. The heat cooling"
