"The property was very. The staff treats you like you are their own family. Maintenance crews are always on standby to fix whatever may come of a problem. The elevator quit while I was there and within a few hours they had it up and running again."

"Although the staff was nice : I have to say the hotel is so outdated . My shower smelled like pee . The carpet was wet from them shampooing.. The curtains had mildew… the breakfast was precooked food that required warming to be edible… this wasn’t my favorite stay."

"Staff was great! Room was clean, I requested a crib and it wasn’t just a pack and play, they provided a much better crib and more comfortable. Our beds were very comfortable as well. Mathew is the front desk was very attentive too. Would definitely stay here again."

"Rooms are a bit dated, but clean. Definitely need some new in-room Keurigs, irons and ironing boards! The ones we had either leaked, or did not work at all. The ironing board itself was basically a dirty cover directly over the steel frame! Staff were all amazing and friendly."

"Our front desk check in experience was great she was very helpful. Free breakfast was delicious. Beds In our Rooms were comfortable but our room 422 was not as cool a/c wise. The elevators were out of service for one morning of our stay and that really sucked walking down and back up 4 floors. They had the elevator fixed by the time we got back from Graceland. This hotel offers free shuttle to Graceland. I also was informed at check in about a nice restaurant Marlowe’s and they have a pink limo...
