"Had a great stay at the Sonesta Downtown Columbus! The room was excellent, very clean, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful, and provided great service throughout our stay. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown Columbus!"

"The staff went above and beyond meeting the needs of everyone. The lobby was full when we arrived with lingering guests who seem to enjoy the “kickback.” The manager checked on every guest running to and fro grabbing bandaids for a little girl, a box fan for my sister and I, and literally more than just the basics. She wanted every guest to feel comfortable."

"the hotel is as tho stepping back into time-- retro looks and smell of the past, and was okay with that! it was clean and very nice staff! the place was so busy and active. the only downfall was that there were 3 elevators but only one was working. for that large of a place-6 floors and many rooms and people, it would've been better had all three been working. we would stay again."

"Our next trip to Columbus we will definitely stay at the Hollywood Casino Hotel again. Ultra modern, clean, beautifully furnished rooms. The hotel of course was built connected to the casino which also provides on site access to their wonderful, fairly priced restaurants !! Can’t wait to go back!!"
