"The room was clean. Only thing was missing was the iron and ironing board but luckily I didn't need it for the few days I was there. The major thing that stood out to me was my hotel room door had a big gap at the bottom of the door to where I had to place a towel there to keep anything that may wanted to come in, meaning bugs or rodents. I didn't have any issues with anything coming into my room. The hotel is in a great location with shopping and restaurants nearby. The staff was really nice and helpful when I needed it. As for the Continental breakfast, that can be much better in my opinion. What was offered was not adequate to a breakfast. They should have more varieties of what they offered something along the lines of sausage, patties or links and actual waffle maker to make waffles instead of Frozen ones. Different varieties of muffins, bagels, boiled eggs, oatmeal, etc."

Their kindness, flexibility and great customer service really allowed my family to enjoy their stay for my mother's 60th birthday party. Thank you!!"
