"Very disappointing experience at the Sheraton San Diego Resort. I booked a Marina Tower room specifically for the view and location, but at check in I was placed in the Lanai Tower and told it was an “upgrade.” It absolutely was not. The room had no view and was far from where we parked.
The staff discouraged me from switching rooms and told me the hotel was fully committed for the night, which made it seem like the Marina Tower rooms were oversold. After parking, we had to load our luggage...

"Overall everything was very good, Clean, very well located the property have a good maintenance . The pool was nice and a lot areas to seat around the pool and fountains. Only they have one elevator working the second elevator is under maintenance. I consider stay again"
