"The welcome that we received was excellent and efficient. A nice start to our stay. The hotel's location close to the Central Railway Station and the centre of Southampton was ideal for exploring. Our bedroom/bathroom was a little tired but the bed was comfortable and we were really not going to be spending long in our room!! The breakfast was delicious. We were warmly welcomed each morning and looked after very well. The range of options to eat were extensive."

"We like the fact it was very near the beach , the Pier , & the town, parks & theatre (we did not use). The staff were helpful in reception & retaurant. The pool leisure centre was very nice. The restaurant food had a good selection and the cooked food breakfast & evening meal was all good quality. An enjoyable stay"
