"The hotel was clean and the room was very cool and modern. The staff was super friendly and helpful as well. We were very comfortable and I feel the price was very reasonable. I would definitely stay there again."

"The place of the hotel was nice and convenient. We checked early morning at 1:45 am because of the flight was significantly delayed. We only stayed in for 3 hours, woke up and found out that the shower has no shampoo at all. We called front desk for help but no response at all goes to voicemail."

"Fun property in downtown Richmond. Staff were friendly and helpful. Roof top bar/restaurant was fun and offered amazing views of Richmond. Our room large enough with comfortable beds. The only dislike was the AC unit was off when we entered our room and it would shut off in the middle of the night. The showers water pressure was decent Quiet neighbors which was a plus!! Valet offers a text messaging service to request your vehicle."

"We stayed at this hotel from Friday through Tuesday morning — four nights — and unfortunately our room was never serviced during that time. The beds were never made, and we had to request clean towels ourselves. They did bring replacements, though one of our rooms was given towels that were dirty. We mentioned it at the front desk after the first couple of days, thinking it might be a weekend staffing issue. The employee was polite and apologized, and wrote down our request, but housekeeping...
