"PROS: The staff were professional and very helpful (Aisha, Anna and Luciano) and did their best. They securely stored my late-arriving luggage (airport delay). CONS: When I retrieved my luggage at about 3:30 AM, there were 3 uniformed Aurora PD talking with Anna at the front desk (they were there because of a loud party and guests who weren't responding). The first room they checked me into had not been serviced: The bed was unmade, the bathroom dirty, and there were several beer cans on...

"Goof location, easy to park."

"The hotel was tired , old and very unappealing. The last time I stayed in one was 30 years ago. I don't think the rugs have been changed since then and seldom cleaned.My room was next to the elevator and the ice making machine and very noisy all night long. The door must've been paper thin because I could hear people who were not even talking that loud. I knew if I had a phone call everyone in the hall will hear my talking. In a word, cheap. Definitely not worth the price"
