"I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding the severe issues my family experienced during our recent stay. Unfortunately, the conditions and service failures we encountered made this one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. Due to the extent of the problems and the significant disruption to our stay, I am formally requesting a full refund. "We booked two nights, and didnt stay. There were bugs and what looked like pubic hair on the pillow cases. Then when we asked for a refund and the staff was very rude. Didnt get a full refund and was very unhappy with the whole process to say the least. "
