Theres a bad odor in the hallways and in the rooms. Our original room we booked was somehow "out of order" when we got there, so we had to switch from a king bed to 2 queens. Then we had to switch again cuz the neighbors were playing loud music and it smelled so bad. The lady that night we checked in who was working the desk was very nice and she was very helpful. So once we finally settled into a room, we pulled back the covers on the first bed, and there was like 5 or 6 burn holes in sheets. Im sorry, how do you not see that when you are making a fresh bed? We almost left, but we stuck it out. We did leave a day early, and we wont be staying there again.

This was the second time my husband and I have stayed at this property. We had a better experience this time than the last time. We chose it again because of the convenience of the location and the pricing. So for what it's worth it couldn't be beat.

Hotel was not great. Very dirty not worth the stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. We had people yelling outside our window all hours of the night. The entire hotel needs updated.

The customer service was great and the room was clean just outdated. The bed was comfortable and they serviced the room every morning. Breakfast was hot but the fruit was old and in need of replacement. The coffee was a great start to a cold snowy day. Plenty of nearby restaurants and access to the expressway.

While the property was conveniently located; the area was less than desirable. The parking lot smelled like marijuana and there were pan handlers on the corners near the hotel. The beds were comfortable, but the bed frame was very noisy. In general the room shows its age, it looked like the corners were never cleaned, there was a hole in the wall over the nightstand. When I booked the room I did this through a third party and prepaid, upon check-in I was mistakenly charged again and was told the refund was put through right away. I had to call and follow up on this twice after being charged for a 3rd time.

It showed signs of being an older hotel, but was nestled between two “nicer” hotels which gave peace of mind to my family. The employee was awesome and very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was good and had hot options. I would stay again. It was minutes from location of volleyball tourney.

This place is what a hotel should be. Sed at guest services is awesome and empathetic. Hotel is clean, quiet and offers complimentary shampoo, conditioner, lotion, Kleenex and coffee. This is what you expect at any hotel but so not the case in Indy. Baymont is exceptional in service. Book with them and ask for Sed

Price was good! Refrigerator in one room stayed warm other one worked! Can make sure all rooms actually have a safety lock on them as well as door handles tight! I had to tighten both rooms bathroom door handles as they were about to fall off! Workers were all friendly and helped with anything they could! Also frames on acs we wonky!

Outstanding Staff Made a Tough Day Easier.

Although I didn’t end up staying at this hotel due to a mistake on my part with the booking, I still felt compelled to leave a review because of the outstanding service I received. The front desk staff went above and beyond to help me during a stressful moment. They were incredibly kind, understanding, and patient while trying to assist me with rebooking options—even though it was my own error. Their professionalism and compassion truly stood out, and it's rare to find such genuine hospitality these days. If the level of care I received at the front desk is any indication of how the rest of the hotel operates, then I’m sure staying here would be a wonderful experience. I’m already looking forward to rebooking in the future and finally getting to enjoy a stay at what clearly is a well-run and customer-focused hotel. Thank you again to the amazing team!

The rooms were clean but the hallway smelled of cigarettes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We did have problems with our key cards randomly not working. Some of the people hanging out in the seating area outside were a bit unsettling. However, they left when security was added.
