"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"From the moment we walked in and spoke with reception we knew it was gonna be a great experience. It was clean and didn’t smell like cigarettes. Lots of great restaurants and shops. "

"What was impressing was clean rooms, fantastic well behaved staff, great amenities and cleanliness of the place. I have been coming to this place when it was Bally’s and I always enjoy staying at this place. Of course now it is a lot newer a lot Cleaner and much more and advise everybody to stay in this hotel at least once to check it out for themselves"
