"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"I booked a king bed pool-view room for my wife and me through Expedia and even paid extra for it. However, when we arrived, we were told room types aren’t guaranteed and depend on availability lol. Doesn’t That defeats the purpose of booking in advance. We ended up staying in a room with two queen beds instead."
