"Everything was seamless, from check-in to check-out."

"Had the property let me know upon check in that although the pool had closed for the season even though their website said otherwise upon booking, that we could in fact use the pool at sister hotels, I wouldn't have wasted my time on the phone for an hour and would have in fact enjoyed those amenities. Another issue that spoiled our trip is coming home to a room that had been partially serviced - towels placed but bed not made. When I called for help they brought sheets but did not offer to...

"Nice staff clean rooms Good value"

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Check in dan check out proses lama. kamar berisik."

"Going through the casino was only the bad part! They should have the separate entrance for non gamblers"
