"The check-in process was very bad. We had to stand in line for over 30 minutes. The parking fee payment system didn’t work well either. It was not very clear."

"Better then expected. Best hotel on the strip for the price. Rooms were nice. Location is great. Pool decent. No complaints other then the elevator needs some love. "

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."
