"Hot water did not work on the first night. Only got $150 in drinks coupons, which I used to bathe my child. All I wanted was to take a hot shower. Instead I took the coldest shower of my life. Asked for kettle to boil some hot water and was denied. Felt nickel and dimed the entire time I was there. They even charge to use the mini fridge to store your items. The walk from parking garage to the room was too much. I felt bad for anyone with limited mobility. Also, lazy river charged for floats. So...
