"Great location in Skegness. Plenty of free parking in surrounding roads when we arrived the key was not in the lockbox however when we called they came round straight away with a key. The room is very basic. Mattress needs replacing springs in your back. The room and bathroom were clean however the crockery was dirty and cutlery had rust. Microwave was very old. Shower head needs replacing. Location was perfect and only £50 a night you get what you pay for. Not sure how it's getting the...

"The only thing that there was no parking outside the property we had to park in the street behind the ship inn pub for the 4 day stay so we didnt get ticketed. But besides that overall pleasant enough and only 10 min walk into the town at the top end near the seal sanctuary. "
