"Everything was just OK ! The parking payment of £10 per night was fair enough, although the method of digital pay was a bit of a bind."

"Warning , you will be asked give all your details on arrival even if you have already given them all to book the hotel. You will have to pay £100 deposit upfront on top of your arrival. I stayed for 2 days ago and I’m still waiting for the deposit back, I have called the hotel and they are blaming the bank . The parking is very limited and all on street parking is expensive but free at 6:30pm . I would not stay here again"

"When I arrived I was allocated a twin room 2 floors up. As I have mobility issues I use the room. There is no lift at the hotel.The receptionist said that was not a problem and offered me a single room on the ground floor. Thank you Olga for that. The room was a bit small but as there was only me it didn't matter. The bed was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. The shower was excellent. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of hot and cold food. Tea coffee and different juices where available. The breakfast was hot and enjoyable. The price was excellent. The next time I am in London I will be staying there again. Excellent location beside the train station and 10 minutes into the centre of London. Special mention to the staff excellent and very courteous. Well done."

"I stayed in the hotel last night with my daughter - no ac, spoiled milk in the room - understandably it is high temperatures we are currently experiencing but rooms should at least have portable ac units and basic things such as tea and coffee facilities should be available. There was also a stench in the second life to the second floor of rooms. Not an impressive stay unfortunately"

Park Hotel

6/10 Okay

"I have stayed at the Park Hotel for 6 weeks now and the last room they offered me was not up to standard. The mattress was practically on the floor and despite being told all rooms had fridges, this one didn't. The room they moved me to had a fridge, but no chair, no kettle, no bin and the private bathroom was out in the corridor, down some steps. Not ideal, but better than the first room. I was going to re-book for the next 4 weeks, but I'm not sure I can cope with arriving at 11pm and running all over this sprawling property, trying to find a usable room."
