"Clean room and comfy bed"

"We stayed 3 weeks in total. The place was clean and well managed. It was very good to have kitchen and a washing machine for our long stay. Unlike most air bb we have stayed, there was a front desk person who were helpful and we could ask any questions we had in person. Housekeeping staff was excellent! They were very nice and changed our towels, linen, and emptied our bins often. It is located in very fun and lively area not super touristy. A lot of street arts along with few Banksy sites....

"Terrible check in nearly 2 hrs late due to housekeeping issues. All that was needed was a text message to let us know that there has been a delay. We did eventually speak to the manager after checking in who couldn't apologise enough when she called round to see us with gifts for the inconvenience & a free late checkout & said it was her top priority to sort out housekeeping so that this never happened again. Despite the check in issues the apartment was clean, spacious, stocked with everything...

"It was a very disappointing stay. upon arrival they did not have our reservation, desk clerk could not address the situation and he had to call India to have them handle the matter. Learned that two weeks prior the property had been taken over by another firm. When they did find the reservation they advised it was for five nights when in fact it was for six. They found a reservation for five nights, i had called back to them and added a sixth night that was booked as a one night reservation....

"Es gab keinen Zimmerservice und das erwarte ich bei dem Preis schon. Das Frühstück war nichts besonderes, aber okay. Allerdings wurde es auf der Bar aufgebaut und es gab jeden Morgen Stau. Ausserdem wenig Sitzplätze. Die Lage war gut!"

"Very clean room and amenities needed in the kitchen if you wanted a quick easy meal. Coffee was very nice touch with the cafeteria. It wasn't warm season but the AC was recommended so can close a window as close to the train line. Perfect location for Tower Bridge, Tower of London and the tube. Nice quirky neighbourhood. Would recommend and use again when needed for this location. Many Thanks BOB W"

"The boat is immaculate a real comfy home away from home but on water lol the only criticism we have is the heating kept going off and it would get pretty cold in there so would be good if the heating stayed on all night during the winter months "

"Check in process was very easy! Unit was clean. Location was okay. Unfortunately, my unit was right next to the street and the construction crew started at 7am each morning. You can hear the train as well. "

"Generally clean and spacious. Problems that rated it poorly are, It is over the tube station and the room vibrate constantly when tubes are running. We were on the 3rd floor. The door all bang hard because they are closers. You can hear the neighbour rooms also constantly banging. It is extremely annoying - especially at night. TV station is only terrestrial - basic TV. No streaming services allowed or even screen sharing, Aircon units - not built-into the rooms. The duct has to...
