Great location - steps from Underground station. Breakfast options excellent. The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. Very attentive and prompt with requests. Lilly was very helpful at check in, even though our room was not ready (we were early) she took care that a perfect room would be ready for us when we returned from sightseeing. We will stay here again!

It was our first stay in London and we couldn't be happier with our choice of hotel! Very courteous staff, clean room with lots of space and the view of tower bridge was excellent! The location itself was extremely convenient as the tube connects to circle and district lines right around the corner. There's also some great food nearby and shops for snacks and anything else you need nearby. The bed was comfortable but very firm. It was great for me but my wife does prefer softer herself.

The breakfast was very good. Many choices. Excellent location, just steps to the Underground. The gym was adequate. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I can't think of anything I would change. Maybe the view... overlooked the railroad tracks.

We stayed in the new wing. The front desk staff were impeccable. The room was beautiful and spacious. The washer and dryer were great if it was cleaned out. We were overall impressed with the room. The new restaurant in the basement was amazing along with the Italian restaurant. This hotel is located within walking distance to many of the spots in London. This will be our home when visiting London. Thank you for your hospitality!!

Old property and you can tell. Staff was friendly but the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Location is great because it’s central but the hotel doesn’t feel or look like a 5 star experience. Rooms are a bit dated and walls thin. Ceiling height in rooms also felt a bit lower than average.

Tower suites was wonderful. Everyone was very helpful. The location is great. It’s a 1 min walk to the train station which makes getting around London really easy. We stayed in the executive suite. The room was spacious and clean. It also had a washing machine/ dryer combo in the room which was very useful. I would definitely stay here again.

A great location with immediate access to Tower Hill tube, helping to get you into town really fast. Good amenities but they seem to stick to the 3pm check-in time so if coming into the area early, such as an overnight flight, like we did, you can drop your bags but not gain early access to your room.
