"Our favourite London apartment hotel. Exceptionally friendly staff, well equipped rooms, clean and conveniently located. Our room was more expensive than usual due to time of year between Christmas and New Year. Unusually, the fridge wasn't as spotlessly clean on our arrival as we are used to here, and the dishwasher smelled unpleasant and had broken parts inside it. The decorative "pool" underneath the apartment windows looked unusually grubby, as if in need of maintenance "

"Beautiful venue and location in London , away from all the tourist crowds which happens at the week-end. Perfect typical Four Seasons service standards- everyone is so friendly with a non-frosty , arrogant nature. Always wanting to support or engage when necessary. Room was amazing and the house keeping team were brilliant. We ate in the Chinese/Japanese restaurant Mei Ume which is set in a beautiful dining room. The food was delicious and service very good. "All staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was spotless, and although not that big, it had everything we need. The complimentary mini bar is a nice touch and staff asked multiple times if we needed anything further. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food. Great location for Tower Bridge and Borough Market and central enough to get to other areas like Covent Garden without too much trouble. "

"Right next to Tower of London. Washer/ dryer in room. Staff was extremely accommodating! Serviced rooms early in morning. Pull out bed was comfortable enough for children. Queen bed was very firm (not a problem for us but may be for some). Across from train and lovely pub. Would stay again! "

"What a great stay! The hotel is stylish and imaginative, with wonderful little extras, like a glass of wine when you check in and a coffee when you check out. The staff are kind, the rooms have deliciously soft beds and great lighting, and the breakfast was superb restaurant-quality food. This is the best London hotel I've ever experienced. Also, the area is fantastic, full of interesting restaurants and shops, with fun little alleys to explore, yet right by Liverpool St Station. Brilliant!"

"Perfecta ubicación, cerca de parada de bus y estación del metro y lejos del bullicio, muy cerca de la torre de Londres y su conexión te permite trasladarte muy bien. La habitación es bonita, aunque la cama es chica, tipo queen o matrimonial, la regadera si es un punto a mejorar, es muy pequeña y la presión no es buena."
