Especially the breakfast team from Roxy over Lotty to the front desk team with Anna and the others + Sam - what a lifesaver! The bar staff too (forget the names sadly). From the popsicles when you check in, to the water and juice bar that is available 24/7 to the staff going the extra mile to locate two chocolate croissant’s. My stay was extremely pleasurable. "We loved our stay at Wilde. The staff was extremely welcoming, area was perfect walking distance to the Liverpool station and plenty of restaurants. I would 100% stay here again! My only “complaint” would be there aren’t any phones in the room to connect with the front desk. We had to use the WhatsApp chat which is fine but it connects you with an AI bot. I had requested a new set of towels and did not receive them for quite awhile after multiple follow ups. I could have gone to the desk but...
