"This hotel is amazing. We enjoyed everything about our stay at V&M. Centrally located in London City with short walks to tube station (Mansion House), St Paul’s and the bridge to cross over to Burrough Market. Rooms were top-notch. Complementary snacks were a nice touch."

I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant or the breakfast, but the gym was very well appointed. The best part is the awesome location. "The room was spotless and felt very high-end. Loved the style of the entire place and it felt like a little oasis in the heart of London. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The complimentary drink on arrival was a really lovely touch. All in all, this might just be my new favourite London hotel!"

"Great modern boutique hotel with beautiful design and features. Clean, smells brand new still and centrally located. Front desk staff was very friendly and staffed 24 hours. Bed was comfortable, blackout blinds effective, kitchen as described, and towels large and clean. My only complaint is that the so-called fitness centre is not really that at all. It is a tiny room with a treadmill and a couple light dumbbells. They would be better off affiliating themselves with a local gym and give us...

"The hotel service could have been much better. We had to request items like towels and cutlery multiple times before they arrived. It was also very dusty in the room, as in a layer of dust on some of the furniture. Other than that, the rooms were spacious and the location was great. My only other gripe was the television options; no option for streaming channels, etc.. A nice hotel overall, but not a 5 star experience by any measure."

"Breakfast great, hotel quiet, multiple doors to exit was easy to stay away from reception lines. Overall ok, better for vacation than business travel. No place to meet a client, like a lounge. Only one seating area by the front door too busy, one couch, very tight space. Cento is a great restaurant I’ve been to before while not staying there. Many staff visible in and around the property, all pleasant."

Rooftop bar könnte Hotelgäste grosszügiger behandeln, da ein Mindestbestellwerr von 25£ peo Person verlangt wird. Also kurz eine Drink nehmen um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen ist schwierig. Aber sind alles keine Gründe um nicht wieder zu gehen. War ansonsten alles wunderbar."
