"It is a brand new hotel, opened mid May 2026. We stayed during the bank holiday weekend. It is greatly connected to the city centre in the modern financial district of Canary Wharf. Very easy to find from the underground stations are they provide are owed signage where to go, where to turn. Room itself was spacious, kitchenette well equipped. Staff was polite and very helpful. We also used late check out which casts £30. Definitely will consider the hotel for our next stay."

"We booked a classic room & checked in at 3. Our room wasn’t ready for over an hour and a half so we were given 2 complimentary drinks, then we were upgraded to an executive room. Beautiful room and little balcony which was lovely (dockside). Great breakfast too (free of charge for all). Will definitely be returning"

"Clean, comfortable room. Nice cool temperature indoors during the May bank holiday heatwave along with ice buckets in the rooms, and very easy access for Excel. Only gripe is wishing the rooms had normal bathroom doors instead of a heavy sliding-mirror situation, as there is no privacy even in a room designed for sharing for showering or using the toilet. Pool and sauna facilities were a very welcome treat and easily accessed with spare towels and easy to use lockers with your room keycard."

"Staying in Canary Wharf, this is a really great hotel with apartments. Ours was overlooking the waterway, huge en-suite double bedroom, lounge with large sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Small table sitting coffee area downstairs with complimentary coffee. Lifts to all floors. Good location. There is a bridge from the main road to the top of steps though to get to the entrance. Fine with small cases, not sure if there is another route for larger...

"I had a great stay here when in canary wharf for meetings. Although the hotel is little dated for a 5*, it has an amazing leisure centre access with beautiful riverside pool. The staff were all really attentive and fantastic. Particular shout to Cindy who was super helpful to me on reception. Really appreciate it. "

"Great hotel, loved using the hot tub and pool. The food in the restaurant was fabulous. Breakfast was what you would expect for buffet. Room was clean and good but a bit dated. The front reception desk area is currently under renovation, but was no big deal. I would stay there again."
