"First off the reception staff were exceptionally polite and courteous. Our room was as we'd expected and suited our needs. There was only one hiccup though that the washing machine developed a fault which then took out the cold water supply, but these things happen. We'd definitely stay again, thank you."

"Lovely stay at the Ibis Southwark. A warm welcome on arrival and we were able to get an early check in which was much appreciated. Room was spotlessly clean, tea and coffee provided in room as were bathroom toiletries. Ideally situated near the South Bank and Borough Market.
