"An ideal hotel for visiting London. Great location: centrally located in the City. A couple of minutes from the Thames and a great river walk, to the Tower in one direction and to Westminster in the other. Wonderful staff: knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, proactive, and caring. "A bit hard to find, on a small back street near the Globe Theater. Spacious, modern room, quiet and peaceful place steps away from Borough Market, which is vibrant and heaving with people. Really enjoyed my stay, but 2 thing to be aware of: There is no phone in the room to contact the front desk, and no clock of any sort. Which I found strange. Also, no fire escape map on the door, like there is in every other lodging I have ever stayed in. I got up at 3 am to find the fire escape myself, for...

"Really stylish hotel in a super convenient location, just 2 mins walk from Liverpool Street station. The complimentary drink on arrival was a lovely surprise, and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed we’ve ever stayed in! Only stayed one night but would definitely return :)"

"This hotel and staff were absolutely wonderful! They did everything they could to make us comfortable in the middle of London’s heat wave. From the popsicles when you check in, to the water and juice bar that is available 24/7 to the staff going the extra mile to locate two chocolate croissant’s. My stay was extremely pleasurable. Not to mention the comfort of the beds, the maintenance of the property and the spaciousness of the room and bathroom. I would highly recommend this hotel!"
