"Absolute shambles from start to finish. I stayed at this hotel with two colleagues. The check in process was a joke, it took 45 minutes in the end, during which they couldn't find my booking. The charged me again for breakfast I'd already paid for. The staff were unapologetic, unprofessional and irritating, not listening and they seemed to find it funny that it took so long. The room was dated and the bathroom from. The water didn't drain at all and I couldn't be bothered complaining as the staff were so useless. There was mould and broken tiles around the bath. The following morning, they tried to charge my colleague again for the room which l'd already paid for and refused to believe him. Breakfast was ok but for £25 l'd expect fresh rather then frozen fruit and for this price, instant coffee is a joke. There are many, many better options in London. Don't bother."

"I recently stayed at the Hilton Tower Hill in London and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is in an excellent location next to Tower Hill, making it a great base for exploring the city. The rooftop bar is a real highlight, offering stunning outdoor views across London and a wonderful atmosphere to relax in after a busy day. The rooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. A special mention goes to Sabrina at check-in, whose warm welcome and exceptional hospitality set the tone for a truly enjoyable visit. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Breakfast was simply delicious, with a vast selection of high-quality buffet options to suit every taste. My advice is to arrive hungry. You certainly won’t be disappointed! Overall, another excellent stay. Hilton continues to deliver outstanding service and a consistently high standard of hospitality. I look forward to returning."

"I recently stayed at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge and had an excellent experience. The location is outstanding and hard to beat for sightseeing in London. Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, the London Eye, Uber Boat services, and several HOHO bus stops are all within easy walking distance. Buckingham Palace is also a pleasant walk away. My room was comfortable and well-equipped with a comfortable bed and pillows, a safe, mini-fridge, kettle, coffee and tea facilities, and even a lovely view of Big Ben. There was an ice bucket and an ice dispenser on every floor. The room is equipped with a safe, mini fridge, a US power outlet, a USB and USB-C port. The hotel staff were welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. I arrived after an overnight flight and the front desk (Tiffany) kindly allowed me to check in about three hours early so I could rest and refresh, which I greatly appreciated. The doorman is excellent. He has the biggest smile & he helped me locate my airport pickups london driver. I signed up for the eco-housekeeping option and received a £10 food voucher, yet housekeeping still came daily to make the bed, refresh towels, and empty the trash. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of choices. My recommendation is to add breakfast when making your reservation, as it cost about £17 when booked in advance compared to approximately £25 if purchased separately. Safe to walk at night."

"The manager Tappush were not helpful at all when we stayed from 4 June til 9 June in an executive large room with breakfast. My name is Shah and we checked out very early at 6am on 9th June and asked if we could be reimbursed since the unprofessional manager Robert had charged my wife £60 pounds just to check in 3 hours early on 4th June, and the response from Robert who claimed to be a hotel receptionist manager “ Sorry lady it’s not my problem it’s your problem so pay the extra 60 pounds if u want to get the room 1101 key at 11:30am instead of waiting till 3pm… So I will not be staying at this hotel ever again when I had booked it to surprise my wife for our honeymoon and I was running late from Gatwick airport, I felt very embarrassed, wished he would charge my card instead of taking the 60£ from her. I had stayed at this hotel in past on April 19th til 24th too… Hopefully someone higher up can reimburse her or just take it out of my card if it’s necessary.. Thank you and look forward for a positive response if they wish for me to book it again for August 17th again…"
