"Our favourite London apartment hotel. Exceptionally friendly staff, well equipped rooms, clean and conveniently located. Our room was more expensive than usual due to time of year between Christmas and New Year. Unusually, the fridge wasn't as spotlessly clean on our arrival as we are used to here, and the dishwasher smelled unpleasant and had broken parts inside it. The decorative "pool" underneath the apartment windows looked unusually grubby, as if in need of maintenance "

"What a great stay! The hotel is stylish and imaginative, with wonderful little extras, like a glass of wine when you check in and a coffee when you check out. The staff are kind, the rooms have deliciously soft beds and great lighting, and the breakfast was superb restaurant-quality food. This is the best London hotel I've ever experienced. Also, the area is fantastic, full of interesting restaurants and shops, with fun little alleys to explore, yet right by Liverpool St Station. Brilliant!"

"My husband and I spent 3 nights at Native Bankside and we enjoyed our stay there. The location was great, staff were friendly, the room was very spacious and clean, and there was a well organized kitchen in the room. Only downside is there are no views in the room but the spaciousness of the room made up for it. "

"Beautiful venue and location in London , away from all the tourist crowds which happens at the week-end. Perfect typical Four Seasons service standards- everyone is so friendly with a non-frosty , arrogant nature. Always wanting to support or engage when necessary. Room was amazing and the house keeping team were brilliant. We ate in the Chinese/Japanese restaurant Mei Ume which is set in a beautiful dining room. The food was delicious and service very good. "Only 5 mins from moorgate tube in a backstreet so very quiet location.Modern, clean and functional hotel with a nice bar and very helpful staff, room was a good size, had all the mod cons, fridge, heavy curtains, lovely bed and linen, and a very high standard of en-suite. Will definitely return if the price is right for other weekend stays."
