"We had a lovely stay at Vintry & Mercer, it’s a beautiful hotel. The room was lovely and had some lovely extra touches. The staff went above & beyond. We would definitely stay here again."
"Beautiful modern hotel. Service was fantastic and easy to communicate thru WhatsAp. Plenty of space for a family of four in the suite and views were unbelievable. Had brunch one day and that was excellent as well. Only issue would be the location was not our favorite and felt like it was a bit of a hike to get anywhere. "
"Great location. Modern building with good facilities. Large comfortable room, although a little dark. Very nice staff at reception on check-in. Beware that there is a different business working seamlessly side-by-side the Hilton. I was politely spoken-to for buying a drink in one section of the buisiness to drink on the other side of the 'invisible frontier.!"
"We visited the Counting House for a three night stay. I’ve given the review five stars namely because the staff were fab. The room was spacious with everything you needed. Breakfast in the morning was great with excellent choices. Located within a short walk to St Paul’s and Millenium Bridge easy access to tubes to get to where you need to be.
My criticism comes from a couple of niggles, namely noise! We stayed in the Angel room which is located next to the courtyard. Single glazed windows...
"The apartment was amazing! Clean, safe, quiet, 1-2 min to the metro and all kinds of the restaurants; 7-10 min walk to St Paul’s cathedral. The staff were amazing, friendly, patient, especially Beatriz from Spain and the lovely Indian young lady ( I forgot her name)! "

"The hotel had a very unique atmosphere, it was clean and had good decor. The bedroom was spacious and a comfortable temperature, with very comfortable bedding. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very tasty. "

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an excuse. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning.
Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me.
The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
