"Had an amazing stay at the Counting House. The staff were so accommodating by taking our luggage in early while we explored the city. Close to all tourist attractions. Booked a dinner for 6 in the gallery above the pub, it was perfect not to mention the prices for the food and drinks were excellent! Will definitely be back!"

"Thr location of this hotel is fantastic. Steps from major attractions and the Underground. The extra space and a kitchen was very nice. We experienced a similar issue as others. No sheets or covers for the pullout bed. We spent almost an hour chatting with the host to find some only to be allowed to grab some from another room. We also had some issues with cleanliness. "I’ve stayed at this hotel 5 times over the last 4 years and had a really disappointing stay during my most recent trip. I’m not sure if there has been a management change within the last 10 months, but I found the staff far less friendly overall throughout the check-in/out process, and unbelievably rude in the restaurants located in the hotel. Although the rooms are still nice and the location is very convenient the experiences with staff within the hotel will probably deter me from staying here...
