"Love the space and kitchenette. Excellent for small families and more long-term stays. Laundry facilities were brand new and convenient. Very helpful staff. Liverpool Station is a 7 min walk and has lots of transportation options but it is about 20 mins by tube from central London and all the sight-seeing.
Would love to visit again. "

"Wir waren begeistert von dem Hotel. Top Lage mit bester Anbindung an den ÖPNV, man kann auch zu Fuß vieles problemlos erreichen. Sehr saubere Unterkunft, äußerst freundliches Personal, vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet und großzügige Zimmer. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!"
"This hotel was in an ideal location for our visit to the Old Globe Theatre and other activities near the Thames. We could easily walk to the Millennium Bridge and St. Paul's Cathedral, as well as access the tube and river taxis to go further afield. All in all, a great stay!"

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an excuse. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning.
Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me.
The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
