"Great location"

"Staff at front desk were not very helpful. The bellman was very helpful. He suggested we do self check in and we got our room. Front desks said we would have to come back later. If there was a breakfast included we were not offered it. But the view was fantastic!! "

"Staff was very welcoming. Conceige service was superb and helped us with transfers to cruise port. View from hotel room was of London Eye and Parliament. Perfect location. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in and if we should return to London, we were stay there again. "

"We were very pleased with this apartment. It was centrally located and easy to get to the borough Market and other restaurants and shops. It was easy to navigate and close to the underground. All of the accommodations met our needs and it was a comfortable stay."

"Hôtel was clean and staff was welcoming. Our room was spacious and comfortable. There are usb chargers in the wall which was nice. Location was 12-15 minutes walk to underground subway, sites were close as well. "

One minor comment would be while there is a small wardrobe fir hanging up clothes there is very little shelf or drawer space for other storage of clothes which may be an issue if you had a longer stay? "
