"Room was great - very modern…great location. The staff was great except one lady did not let us take a can of water from the cabinet - she came running around from behind the desk and grabbed it and then we were first able to buy it. Weird and comical but not professional"

"Staff were helpful. Beds are small for a couple, and uncomfortable. The courtyard is used for smoking, which is unpleasant when getting one of the lifts. Kitchen facilities are reasonable. WiFi is decent for work or streaming."

"As I got a free upgrade to a suite as Guest of the Day, plus a free early check-in I was pretty happy! Complimentary breakfast (continental) was fine. Staff very nice. And I still got a pint despite arriving back at just after 11.00. Decent value too. Pity it wasn’t a little nearer the Underground but they can’t easily move it! Very close to the river."

"Great location. Appreciated the kitchenette The river view studio I was given had only a partial view, smelled awful and had someone else's food in the fridge. I could hear loud talking from below through the windows and worried about sleeping. When I requested another room, I was told none were available and to check back the next day. I prepared to leave the property and another room then became available; however, I needed to pay an additional 40+ pounds per night, which I preferred to...

"The property is wonderful and easy access to London bus/train. We had a family room which worked for us; however please know that these rooms are NOT river view. I wish I had known that."

"Great breakfast. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. 2 gripes. Unable to turn bathroom light off. Glass door to the bedroom made for a difficult night sleep. No reading lights near bed. Lamp to one side of the bed only was more style over substance."

"Lovely big room on 11th floor. Really amazing kingsize bed. Breakfast great quality and huge choice. Restaurant next door popular but also great. Staff all super friendly. Would certainly go here again. My new London favourite hotel."
