"Don’t mistake 5 star amenities for 5 star service and you’ll be just fine. The valets are engaged, but after you enter the hotel, the service level is surprisingly meh. We had to ask 5 times over 2 days for extra pillows that never arrived. Pool towels aren’t available for pick up for 3 hours before the pools close and same story—no one can get them to you. Find the service closets and get what you need yourself and move on with your life."

"I really can’t say enough wonderful things about this stay. This resort was absolutely breathtaking for me. The moment you walked into the lobby. The breakfast buffet was just what dreams are made of. Even the smell as you walk through the lobby made you think luxury. My children ages six and 11 were just swept away by the hula lessons and the scuba diving instruction. Wonderful vacation."

"Absolutely charming. Gracious owners with little lovable pups. Gorgeous shared spaces and calming private rooms that feel like being nestled in a tropical treehouse. We loved it!"

"Beach by the hotel is walking distance only. Beautiful infinity water fall pools. Lots of amenity and amazing restaurants one stop shop. The only thing that I didn’t really like is the hotel was a little bit small for the price that I’m paying."
