The 2 bedroom caravan is inside the Billings Aquadrome, where there are indeed lakes. There is access information needed, cars reg, eta of arrival and age, the age question I found a bit strange. "Overall it was a good experience: staff, value, ambience and food. Some elements were disappointing - toothpaste on a clean(?) towel, blood specks on a pillow. And I had requested a quiet room which was acknowledged prior to my visit. I was given a room over the bar courtyard - music played under my window until I requested it was switched off at 9pm up to which time no one had used the courtyard due to the cool weather. Thankfully it wasn't in the heat of summer. And sadly the modern hotel construction meant the room above picked up all noise from movements. I didn't think that a bit of extra thought would have put me in a room that would have offered a more quiet environment which it clearly wasn't, showing either wilful disregard for my request or no thought it through. Did I complain? Did I need to. The damage had been done."
