Our room was very comfortable and decorated to a high standard. The shower was big with great water pressure. "Lovely clean room, not that I used it but a great addition was the fridge with beer and wine for you to purchase if you wanted to. Lovely place with a great breakfast at the on site licenced cafe ( the cakes were fantastic) check in and check out ran smooth and stress free"
"Stayed before taking on a running event locally the next day and was spot, Spacious clean and quiet rooms. Just off the motorway so not to far out our way. Breakfast was lots to choose from shame we had to be away early to full enjoy it all. "

The house is beautifully restored and the room was superb good views over the countryside,, Jen was a superb host and made us feel welcome in her home. Excellent breakfast and the canal path only 5 minutes walk through the garden. Good location for visiting all of the Peak District. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to return "
