East of England hotel guide. Greene King hotel in East of England, England

"A nice hotel and pub with lots of character and very comfortable rooms. The breakfast was lovely and the staff very helpful and present when needed."

"Fab hotel, massive rooms, lovely staff"

"This property is fantastic. The staff was very kind and welcoming. Beautiful stay!"

"Cory, the manager of The Fox, is a lovely host. Super hard working, he is around to serve breakfast and still managing the bar late at night. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious and warm. Parking is immediately outside the rooms and easily accessed. Bury St Edmund’s is a lovely town with excellent shopping and coffee shops. Strongly recommend staying at The Fox for visiting Bury St Edmunds."

"We stayed for two nights prior to renting a boat for a week on the broads. Central location, close to everything which was a huge plus since we did not have a car. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lots to do in walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
