"お部屋、お風呂、ロビーラウンジ等すべて清潔でとても気持ち良かった。 部屋とロビーからの景色が最高に良かった。テラスは真夏の夜でも風が心地よかった。フリードリンクが嬉しかった。 朝食がとても美味しかった。朝食のレストランも半個室で眺めのよいスペースで1人でも過ごしやすかった。スタッフの対応もとても親切だった。部屋の空調の音がとても大きくてそれが気になったことだけがマイナス。それ以外は全て良かった。また泊まりたいです。"

"Location was a strong point, close to Doton Plaza with transportation access, access also to restaurants and scenic canal. Property functional , staff helpful but experience limited as little english spoken (understandable since this is Japan). Towels thin and worn but clean. This is a ryokan, so seating all on the floor which may be difficult for those with hip/knee problems."

"This was our favorite stay in Japan! The staff were the kindest and most helpful people. The room was absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable. We stayed in the river suite (Jitoku) and the sound of the water was so peaceful. The room has an attached private shower/bath, toilet, and sink.
