"I stayed here once before and it was wonderful. This time not so. When we checked in we needed a luggage cart (I'm 86, husband 80) and there wasn't one around. The receptionist wasn't very interested in helping to find one so we made two trips up to the 3rd floor. There was hardly anybody in the hotel when we arrived so why would you put us up on the 3rd floor while having the roof fixed? We knew 28th street is very busy so we were happy that we could just eat breakfast at the Bistro. Well,...

"The lady at the front desk the night of check-in was nice and helpful. Come Staurday, my key wouldn't let me in the building or my room. I went to the front desk on Saturday afternoon (August 29,2026) and what a story. The woman working at the desk was a rude at best. I explained that my key wasn't working and the attitude and zero eye contact from her was a joke. She treated as if I was stupid. Told me that I can't put the key by a phone or wallet and have to hold the key on the door scanner...
