"We stayed three nights, the room was very clean and had a cozy feel, underbed lighting helps if you need to get up during the night for the nessaceries.
There was a decent selection of small plates or larger for eats, if you prefer.
We also paid for breakfast which is a buffet style (fill your boots) and we enjoyed all of our breakfasts. There is also a decent selection of bakery items such as crossiants and pain au chocolate.
Staff were attentive and although we stayed during a quiet period of the Hydeo on the run up to the commonwealth games, I would imagine it gets very busy as it's literally next door.
There is a multistory car park next to the Moxy SEC and we never paid more than £12 per 24hr period (if you leave the car there), although you need to have your ticket scanned by hotel staff to get their discounted rate. Just say we have a ticket for the car park next door, and they will understand
There is also a train station very close by.
Overall a very pleasant stay, we would 100% go back."
