"The drinks and light meal provided was inundated with people. Food ran out quickly and was mediocre. Did not want to wait in a line of 20 people for the little cups of beer and mix drinks. I love the thought of this amenity, but it just wasn't a good experience. The next day I ended up really sick with either food poisoning or a badly timed stomach bug. Room was immaculate and the hot tub was amazing and really clean. Balcony was great. Really hard to find the room with the maze of instructions...

"Forget about the swimming pool. Located on the PUBLIC parking lot. Everyone walking by can see you out there. They can go in if they want to. Vale parking to expensive. Still parking your vehicle on a Public parking lot."

"What I liked about the property was how well maintained it was and how helpful and courteous the employees were when we checked in and checked out. What I didn’t like was the breakfast hours. It’s an inconvenience that it ends at 9:30 am, not everyone gets up early. We attended a concert which ended late therefore we arrived late that night and for that reason we missed breakfast. Thank you."

The upkeep of such historic facilities is tedious , your staff have used specialized care and followed strict regulatory procedures and it is evident that there is ongoing maintenance to balance modern safety needs and still preserve the original architecture. We will continue to stay at your historic hotel as long as possible."

"We love the room. The convenience of the Riverwalk was able to easy access all restaurants around there. The food downstairs in your restaurant was amazing. The only thing we wished is that we would’ve had a balcony."
