"I was very impressed with the friendliness and general good spirit of the staff. They clearly have a great dynamic. Michelle at the front desk made sure that I got a quiet room, which is important because I am bad at sleeping. One small negative is that there is no ice machine or fridge, so I had to ask for ice daily to cool down some snacks I kept in my room. I ended up getting food poisoning because I ate something that had gone off, but I think that’s more a “me problem” than anything to do...

"This is probably our 10th visit to this hotel. We generally come to NY for business, and this is a perfect location for getting to anywhere we need to go in the city. The staff at the front desk and all of the support people are amazing. Thank you"
