"The staff was so accommodating and always present around the lobby. Never a need to wait or look for anyone to assist us. The hotel: the lobby, our room, luggage room were very clean and well organized. Had to quickly drop off our luggage to catch a show and we got that done in less than 2 mins! Also, within walking distance to restaurants, bagel shops, fast foods. Loved our stay, thank you!!!"

"The hotel was beautiful, spotless, quiet, very comfortable and in a safe neighborhood. Very convenient because it is a short walk from Grand Central. The fitness center had aerobic equipment as well as weights and cables. Our room was clean but thankfully did not have a perfume scent. There were complimentary water bottles given upon arrival. There was also an iron and a hair dryer. I would highly recommend."

"We've been to NYC a few times and in general have stayed at many hotels across the US. This is, by far, the best one! From the helpful hotel staff, the clean room, the incredible balcony (not all rooms have one), the best location and an old NY vibe, we LOVED IT! We stayed on the 5th floor and the elevator, which I'm not a fan of them in general, was very fast and smooth. The doorman/bellhop, Harry, and the others, I apologize for not getting their names, really added a comfort to our travels. Always there to help and just had a calming presence. Also, the hotel had a rooftop bar on the 30th floor! Very cool! I highly suggest this hotel and we hope to go back again."
