"Location is great, hotel is clean. Rooms are a bit small for 2 ppl. Bathroom was tight and no bathrobes. Circular Check in table area was not welcoming. Not sure who was staff and who were guests. Overall location, cleanliness and modern design was good."

"This was our second time staying at The Renwick, so it was good enough to come back. It's a nice enough hotel in a great location (a block from Grand Central terminal so you can hop on a bunch of subway lines) that feels close enough to everything. The staff were welcoming upon arrival and held our luggage for a half-day after we checked out. The room (14th floor) was quiet, which is a huge win because it's hard to find quiet in NYC. The only downside is that the property is pretty tired and feels like it needs a deep clean and a fresh coat of paint. That said, it's good value for the price and I would stay here again."

"I actually arranged this reservation for a family member who is coming there to stay. The staff I spoke to you on the phone when confirming and asking questions were more than helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure all questions were answered, and the room was definitely confirmed with my family member’s name. They were very helpful and I felt very reassured. I met my family member at checkout and even during that process the staff were just so friendly and so nice. Whether my family member comes back to New York or I travel there again I would definitely stay at this location and I would definitely recommend it for anyone who is looking to stay in New York."

"Hotel is convenient to metro/subway lines, rooms were clean, friendly staff, and comfortable bed. Although room and bath tub were a bit on the smaller side, it was okay for us as we spent most of the day out on our daily excursions & sightseeing. Lobby, bar/lounge area was always lively and bustling with people whenever we returned to the hotel in the evenings. Price on hotel.com was what ultimately helped us to decide on booking this hotel. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!"
