"My absolute favorite place to stay in all of NYC, and I’ve been visiting since the early 1990s! I am on a knee scooter for a foot and ankle injury, and the Kimberly always goes above and beyond to assist me. This time, I was traveling alone, and I was given a voluntary, complimentary upgrade when the room type I booked would have been a difficult pathway for me to access. Everything they do is A+++. A special shout out to Max and Ralph for their kindness and warmth and for handling my luggage anytime and anywhere I may need assistance. I am a chronic overpacker (even before adding my physical therapy tools), so it’s a heavy job :) Truly appreciate all that you guys do to help me, stay after stay!
