"Our room had great air conditioning. We stayed on the 17th floor and it was quiet and wonderful. The bathroom was nice and our room was smartly designed with a really comfortable bed. We had new foam pillows, not feather but they were fine. IHG is always amazing."

"I had a standard room, updated bathroom with awesome shower head (tons of water pressure) There is no mini-fridge in the basic room which besides that and the fact that the ice machine wasn't working and the next closest one was leaking all over the carpet two floors down the rest of the hotel is great. Vibrant action at the hotel bar. I didn't get to use the free Crunch membership but that will keep me coming back in the future. Overall this is an older hotel, but has lots of charm in my eyes. The staff are all very helpful and welcoming (that should be standard in this industry lol, but this team was a level above). Be sure to use the destination fee towards drinks or food at the bar!"

"Great location near Grand Central Station for getting to the US Open, Beautiful roof top bar and restaurant. The room with 2 Queen size beds was very spacious and clean. I wish I had been told by the front desk that the room had a $10.00 credit for water or snacks each night which I needed to claim."
