"The room and bathroom were very small but the hotel itself was nice and clean. Omar was great! Very helpful with our bags. So was the lady that checked us in upon arrival. The only bad encounter I had was with one of the housekeepers. I’ve never had any hotel staff speak so rude to me. She was mad because we weren’t out of the room yet when she came to clean. I tried to tell her she could go in and start since my boyfriend was just brushing his teeth before we left but she rolled her eyes and yelled at me."

"My stay had a few major drawbacks. The room needed maintenance, the bathtub drained at a crawl, and the chair was worn out with peeling vinyl. On top of that, a fire alarm woke me up on my third night. We were told to stay in our rooms for 35 minutes before the all-clear was given, which was very unsettling. I expected better quality and communication for the price.”"
