"Hotel is perfectly located near grand central station and around several places to eat. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful sharing information about how to get a bus to EWR. The room was okay. It is a bit of an older hotel and could use some renovations. The bed was comfortable which is most important to me. The sink in the bathroom however was so tiny, when I washed my face all the water fell to the ground. The tub was very worn but not a huge issue. Lastly, there were a couple of things that could be a little cleaner which would have upgraded my score to a 5/5 but ultimately it was fine and I would consider staying here again!"
