"We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a queen room with a balcony for 4 nights. There was some confusion during our initial arrival because the hotel is actually 2 separate buildings directly across from one another on 32nd st. Check-in was a breeze and the front desk staff were always happy to say hello and answer whatever questions you may have. Our room was perfect for what we need. Think “high-end-feeling” design and finishes, while keeping it very no frills. The balcony was a huge draw and it served its purpose. The never ending, and super loud, gust of hot air coming out of the rooms ac unit was not amazing, but limited space is just a fact of life. Everything else was great, no issues. Would go back. Location was basically perfect, just central enough that Ubers and cabs aren’t required if you’re able to walk."
