"We stayed in a Suite with 2 Queen Beds for two nights and had an excellent experience at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Suites Victoria.
The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beautiful Inner Harbour and many of Victoria’s attractions, making it easy to explore the city on foot.
We arrived well before check-in, and the hotel kindly held our luggage until our room was ready, allowing us to make the most of our first day. We also appreciated having a Starbucks conveniently located on the property.
We enjoyed the Wake Up breakfast buffet every morning. It was reasonably priced, offered a great variety of delicious options, and was a wonderful way to start the day.
A heartfelt thank you to Jessica in the Wake Up breakfast area. She greeted us with a warm smile each morning, was always attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her genuine kindness and exceptional customer service made us feel truly welcome and added a personal touch to our stay. She is a wonderful example of outstanding hospitality.
Everyone else we encountered throughout the hotel was also friendly, courteous, and professional. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Victoria."
