"Me and my girlfriend stayed here for two nights. Overall, I think that we enjoyed our stay, but there were a few things that peeved us. The biggest thing was that though hot water just wouldn’t turn off no matter what we tried. The water was scolding hot so we were unable to use the shower. Also, the customer service was a little poor with no one being on site. Help was hard to come by if they fix the water issue and maybe had a bit more responsiveness I would easily rate them four stars, but...

"I stayed one night at the Warwick Allerton hotel. The location on Michigan Avenue was great. It’s an old hotel and seemed run down. Not many amenities. Room smelled like disinfectant. Shower was in a bathtub. Windows were dirty. Not much in food options at the hotel. Service was just ok. Price was high for what you get."

"Great location. Lake view was beautiful but noisy. The mini-fridge temp was not adjustable and turned my sparking water into slushies and exploded one of them. I tipped housekeeping using the QR code on our first morning, and housekeeping never came during our entire three-night stay.
