"Parking was terrible. They only have valet parking. Unfortunately, the service they use only provides one valet. Their solution is to have you leave your car with the keys in it while you check. The other issue is there is no one to assist you with your bags while you leave your car in the valet parking spot. Would not stay there again because of the parking and check in issue."

"This is my go to hotel for my business trips to Charlotte for years. But after finding out on this trip that there is a "Destination" fee per night, I will need to rethink my future stays . I am saddened by this surprise fee that was never there before in all the years I have stayed at the Westin. I was informed that this fee provides the guest with free attraction passes, a small credit for food at the hotel restaurant, enhanced WI-FI, elite green juice.
I don't understand why/how this fee...
